THE RESTAURANT
Cortona is without doubt the best known spot in the
Arezzo area. Its history and its artistic and architectural

housed in a 12th century building overlooking the
main square of the town is a fine restaurant with
character and elegance run by a group of young people
with extensive experience in the business. The zest

that looks back to the gastronomic roots of the area

some enjoyable variation.
Particular attention is devoted by chef Marco Frivoli
on local and in-season products and constant use is
made of typical ingredients from the Arezzo territory
and other Italian provinces ranging from the celebrated
Chianina steak to red chicory.
