The restaurant La Locanda nel Loggiato is located
in Cortona, in the very heart of the Val di Chiana
and may be easily reached by car. Driving both north-
and southbound get off the A1 highway at the Val di
Chiana toll booth. Get on the Siena-Perugia speedway
(direction Perugia). Get off at the Cortona-San Lorenzo
exit, drive on in direction Cortona past Camucia and
follow signs for cortona. As you drive up the hill
and past the Cortona sign take a right for the city
centre. Follow signs for Piazza della Repubblica (Piazza
del Comune); the restaurant overlooks the square.
